Not arguing with those who make accusations against us liberates us from conflict. The more you argue, the worse it gets. Those who are unhappy with, or resent you may have been wronged by you in previous lives, creating negative karmic ties. When you meet in this lifetime, whether or not you are at fault, they will insult or slander you.
