The way to reap the greatest rewards with the least amount of effort is to chant the Buddha’s name and to prostrate to the Buddha. It is said that one chant of the Buddha’s name brings infinite blessings and a single prostration to the Buddha eliminates offences as numerous as the grains of sand in a river.
