Who contributes to our suffering and happiness?
All suffering and happiness are self-induced. If you choose to see the good in others, you will be happy! If you only see the bad in everything, not only will you cause your own distress, but you will be unpopular with others as well.

How can we make good use of our body to cultivate more blessings and wisdom?
Humans, the most superior of all creatures, are born with a pair of hands and a pair of feet. Make good use of your body to help others. For example, use your pair of agile hands to do more good deeds, use your pair of nimble feet to run more errands for others, and use your mouth to say kind words in praise of others. By such actions, you will make others feel at ease and happy. That’s real intelligence! Then you will have blessings and wisdom.

When you think of death, ae worldly fame and wealth still worth coveting? Because anything in the secular world can change at any time, the Dharma teaches us to be mindful of impermanence. Give away the impermanent fame and wealth, and exchange them for transcendental merits and virtues. This is what it means to truly have blessings and wisdom.
