Buddhism teaches the Law of Dependent Origination; as long as conditions are ripe and you act accordingly, you can achieve anything. On the other hand, if the conditions are not ripe, you will not get whatever you wish for. Everything is governed by this Law, which is the Law of Cause and Effect. You reap what you sow; this is a clear fact.
