Lustful desires are the most harmful viruses and the root cause of remaining in the cycle of birth and death. How do we get rid of them? The antidote is the holy name of the Buddha. The only way is to chant the Buddha’s name. As you progress with your chanting, you will naturally be able to let go of lustful desires.
