Out of compassion, Amitabha Buddha imparts his holy name.
When all other Dharma treasures sequentially disappear out time, only The Infinite Life Sutra will outlive them for one hundred years. When the human lifespan is shortened to ten years old, The Infinite Life Sutra will be gone, too. There will only be Amitabha Buddha’s holy name left for afflicted sentient beings to hear and uphold.
