Certainly, the Buddhadharma is compassionate and responsive, but you must follow it step by step. When it is not the right time, you will not receive the effect that you desire. When the time is right, the effect will naturally be there. The same is true for both good and bad effects. We reap what we sow! So, do not worry. The string of cause and effect will never be faulty.
