Please use one of following methods to set up plaques:
- Download and fill out the form, and send it to the temple by email, text message(SMS), or fax. Then, call us at 604-271-0009
- Interac eTransfer
- Log in to your online banking for Interac e-transfer
- After that, you will receive a confirmation email from bank.
- Forward the email to [email protected], and attach the form that you download and filled (PDF or JPG file)
- Go to Online donation below
