Explore chanting meditation through mindfulness of Amitabha Buddha’s name. Chanting meditation brings peace and clarity to the present moment, improving mood and awareness. This versatile method can be practiced amid daily activities to enhance our concentration.
Energetically led the Male Buddhist Youth, this uplifting class consists of reciting the Amitabha Sutra, walking, and sitting meditation.
Part 2 – Guided Reading and Discussion: Every Saturday at 4 PM-4:45 PM in the Conference Room
Buddhism is a teaching that reveals the truth of reality and how we can unfold our innate wisdom. Join an open discussion led by Dharma Masters and instructors to learn about the Pure Land Dharma method, intricacies of the world, benefits of meditation, and more.
We will discuss commentaries on Buddhist Sutras and scriptures written by renowned Venerable Masters and spiritual adepts. Sanskrit phrases will also be presented.
